Along with your numbers, you'll get a detailed Macros 101 guide with tips on how to get started with tracking your food (and your progress!), best practices, plus a breakdown of food by macro.

Macros will be the same for all 7 days of the week based off your goal
You will be prompted to complete a detailed questionnaire after payment so I can best complete your individualized macros

My goal is to share my love of flexible dieting and for you to learn how to make the foods you already love fit your custom macros AND still see the results you want. Note: This is for those ready to make a serious commitment to their health. If you have already been low-calorie eating you will likely need a full reverse diet before you can enter a fat loss stage with me. We can do that through coaching, but it will require time to build your calories back up to your presumed maintenance level and having your body to stay there for several weeks to allow metabolism to reset.
